Compass Route Consulting was founded by Eva Tribble, a credentialed Registered Environmental Health Specialist (R.E.H.S.) with more than a decade inside the environmental health regulatory system.

Eva built her career on the regulatory side of the table, reviewing operations, conducting inspections, and applying the codes businesses are expected to meet. Over those years she kept seeing the same thing: capable operators held back not by bad intentions, but by confusing requirements, unclear guidance, and no one in their corner who understood how the system actually works.

She created Compass Route Consulting to close that gap. Having sat on both sides of the inspection table, she knows what agencies look for, where operators stumble, and how to bridge the distance between the two. That perspective is what makes the work different.

Every engagement is grounded in the R.E.A.D.Y.™ framework, a structured approach that helps operators understand requirements, evaluate current practices, address gaps, develop systems, and chart a clear path forward.

The goal is simple: give operators the map, the experience, and the clarity to move forward with confidence, before, during, and after the inspection.
